Chef Anselyn aka Chef Ans is certified by America Culinary Federation, Gastronomic Culinary School Miami, USA, and RAW culinary academy South Africa. He is a Recipe Developer, kitchen consultant, Cooking Show Judge, and culinary content creator. He is also the organizer and conveyor of Culinary Over Suicide (COS) and AprilFood.

Amarachi Anselyn was born in the Republic of Benin. A passionate self-trained Pastry chef with high intuition for desserts. Living in a French-speaking country, bread fascinated her love for pastry. Once a student but now head of Patisserie department at CMK Culinary.
